The ground seldom makes water like it.
Drawn from two boreholes at 180 metres, at a steady 22°C. One source, never blended.
There is a place where water remembers. Not the memory of hands or machines, but the silent memory of stone, root, and time. Here, water moves untouched. Never filtered, never forced, never claimed. It gathers minerals in darkness, learns the language of earth, and rises, alive.
The Standard
RÜJ is one of the few bottled waters held to a fine-wine service standard: oxygen-free fill, light-protected, carbonation tuned for the palate, released in limited batches.

Air is what gives water life. It is also, in time, what quietly takes back what made this water singular. We don't keep the air out to defeat it. We keep the water as Earth released it, before time has a say.

Light works the same patience on water that it works on everything, slowly, invisibly, until what Earth balanced is no longer quite the same. Opaque glass simply stops the clock. What the source set, you receive intact.

Each batch is closed at five thousand, and never reopened, which is what makes "1 of 5,000" true. We never make more of a batch, and we never repeat one: the next is a new expression, never quite the same water. Each batch is finite; the source flows on.

Still · Pure
Sodium is low (29 mg/L), and sodium is what makes a water fight a wine instead of sitting beside it. The bicarbonate gives a clean finish that clears the palate and leaves nothing behind. It supports the wine; it never covers it.

Sparkling · Bold
Carbonation tuned to a fine, lower-pressure bead, enough to lift and cleanse, never the aggressive scrub of industrial sparkling that numbs the palate. Its place is the apéritif moment and the richer dish, cutting fat and weight without fighting the wine's acidity.
